Ordered a suit as I saw reviews from Ghostbuster fans on YouTube and other places speaking very highly of Ectowear.
Paid for item and never heard back from Ectowear at all. No emails, nothing. Ended up having to claim via PayPal to get money back.
Majorly disappointing. Up there with Aniki Cosplay in terms of poor customer service it seems...
Ordered a suit after the owner said I could receive a refund if it didn't fit. His website stated the same statement. After I received the suit, it was not measured to the chart he provides. I was told I could send it back, but with a restock fee. He added the fee as we were emailing each other. He then changed it again on the process of everything. I have proof showing it. Charging a fee on a mistake on his end is bad business. I never sent it back after not trusting him.
I could never sell the suit elsewhere because no one has legs the size mine were made.Owner is very shady and I would strongly recommend not buying here.
Sizing is not what was advertised. Some of the sewing looks very amateur.
I don't believe some areas were even done correctly. They claim they are movie accurate but they're not. Very very close, but definitely not 100% accurate if you look up screen reference pictures. Overpriced for what they are in my opinion. Be warned there are people in fb groups who mention sending suits back for refunds and the owner doesn't refund and ghosts them.
