We picked Ecoway Renewables after getting quotes from three other Heating companies. Our house is a 17th century stone farmhouse with three foot thick walls. The installation team struggled to drill these walls and run pipes, but they persevered and did an amazingly neat job. The team were friendly and courteous and very hard working. The whole job looks really fantastic. I would recommend Ecoway Renewables without reservation.

The team were great. Always on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Ross, Leon and Jamie were our installation team. The after service was also very good and payment wasn't requested until fully completed. Phil also spent time with us after installation to go through everything to get most efficiency and make sure it works for us. The vaillant heat pump has lived up to expectations and the connection to our underfloor heating was seamless. Definitely recommend, you would be in safe hands.

We had a complete system installed, it took 3 days, the two installers and the electrician were great, very friendly and happy to explain everything, they were patient with the kids, and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience from initial enquiry and visit, system designer taking time to fully understand our home and system requirements and despite my many questions never once did it feel like it was too much trouble, through to a faultless install and hand over.
Quality of design, components and install second to none. Everybody we’ve spoken to and met has been a real credit to the business, including after our system was installed. Cant recommend highly enough!

I found the communication with this company excellent from start to finish . the installation was first class with the engineers able to answer any questions i had during the installation. I did spend some time prior to this installation preparing my property for this work very advantageous ( making room for the engineers to work easily and safely around my house )

My heat pump installation went well with no significant problems. The installers and electricians cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

Excellent service throughout the sale/design/planning and installation process of purchasing an air heat pump heating system. I cannot praise the entire staff enough, each interaction has been professional, knowledgeable and friendly with all agreed deadlines met. In particular our 3 onsite engineers were a pleasure to have in our home throughout the installation and commissioning process, punctual, tidy, hardworking and friendly, they are a credit to the company. Would highly recommend.

We had an Ideal heat pump and cylinder fitted from start to finish everyone has been really helpful, professional and very quick to respond. We asked for some additional work and this was accommodated no problem at all. Thanks to Charlie for the initial discussion, Paul for the survey, Jamie and Tim for the quote and technical advice, Kelly for the customer service, Nathan for the electrical side of things and Luke for the heat pump install, great guy worked really hard, clean install couldn’t fault the workmanship. Highly recommend.

The Whole Process was so good from start to finish. The engineers that done the installation took a pride in their work, and treated our home with respect, and kept us informed every step of the way. they explained in detail how to operate the system and what to do if we have a problem. I had a air source heat pump installed. The service and information was brilliant from enquiry right through to completion.

Ross and Leon were a great pair of Heat Pump installers. Hard-working, professional and always had a sense of humour whatever the situation. They turned up on time, completed the job efficiently and ensured we were happy with the installation at the end. Great stuff!!!

Adding a heat pump was the final piece of the jigsaw for us as we already had Solar panels, battery and Ev charger.
I had been thinking of getting a heat pump since 2022 and thanks to Tim he finally convinced me to commit to them.
I'm delighted I did and the installation went great with Josh & Robbie working really hard.
They were very considerate, clean,tidy and explained everything.
The system seems to be working fine.
I can strongly recommend getting a quote from this company as they seem to be very genuine.

I could honestly not recommend this company enough they are super friendly so efficient a great price on heat pump and we got solar as well and they have beat every other competitor absolutely praying and the staff as I said are so friendly including the Fitters that come to do the job brilliant. I would truthfully recommend them any day very fair and Honest Company they are a family company and they are absolutely brilliant at what they do.

No pushy sales rubbish.

Ross & Leon installed the heat pump system with 10 radiators & 2 thermostat showers, along with Grant the electrician all top guys .

They explained everything that was going to happen , did it all neatly, especially Ross with his pipe work .
They had taken care of our house & all very polite & helpful ,
The system was set up correctly by Ross he knows how they should work to get the efficiency out of the system, he’s very knowledgeable & a nice guy .
They went over and above on the last day for us as we had a personal crisis & they stayed over an extra night to come back at 7am next morning to check & adjust everything & to make sure we were happy as we couldn’t do it all the previous night , ( thanks guys )
This shows the level of care this team will go to .
Our House is lovely & warm now with plenty of hot water & running efficiently because it was sized correctly & installed correctly.

The whole process from first contact to last , the workmannship is better than i thought, 1 very popular energy suppler said they couldn't do the job!!!!! TAGGAS said no problem

All members of the installation team were friendly, informative and very competent. This was particularly so for Tim who went out of his way to deliver satisfaction. It took a bit longer than expected but the result was excellent.

Taggas installed my heat pump. All the Taggas team were very professional and did a great job.
