Do not buy anything from this company I purchased an item in March 2021 then received an email to say not in stock but should have more stock in may 2021no updates from them, I sent numerous emails asking when my order would be sent.I then received an email to say they were not getting my purchase back in stock, so would be refunding me through there accounts department that was on the 1/06/2021 and I still haven’t received my refund so I’m going to get in touch with my bank to sort this out worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I made an order which never arrived and it was really hard to get the money back, I had to threaten them with a further juridical step. They are shameless, they sell products which they do not have on stock and then the client is trapped. Not surprised that they have such a low mark.
PS I have already tried to review this experience and EcoTierra managed to have it deleted. I hope this time they will no get to try and delete my review.

The fruits and vegetables were NOT fresh. The delivery was delayed.

It has taken three months but ecotierra has finally refunded my payment.

21 June 2020: My experience is similar to many others. My order (000200038306) was accepted and the payment was taken. Weeks later an email informs that the product is no longer available and accounting will make a refund. After more weeks and several messages to ecotierra, still nothing. I used them in the past with good experience but things have changed.
