We had the most wonderful experience with E.C.One. From start to finish, the whole team — Jos, Brogan, Chloe, Jo and Francesco — made the process an absolute dream. They helped us remodel my partner’s late mum’s ring into the most stunning Toi et Moi engagement ring, using her original stone to create something so meaningful and personal.
Every step of the way, the team was warm, thoughtful and incredibly professional. They made what could have been an emotional and complex process feel completely effortless — truly a cakewalk! The craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none, and the final result is beyond anything we could have imagined. The ring is just breathtaking.
