Excellent technical help but quite unfriendly business practices with no credit offered, cash on delivery only which can be problematic during a build. Excellent customer service and specialist range of products. It's difficult to get many of these products elsewhere and delivered in a prompt way to the correct timescales - but they manage it perfectly when so many others fail and don't care - I wish all companies were like this one.

I emailed and got a response and resolution within an hour. Everything I have ordered has arrive very quickly also. Their website is very easy to navigate to find exactly what you need, the quantity and useful technical and installation information.
