Order not received
Ordered 2 toothbrushes for my kids on August 8th...still waiting almost 10 days later and I had to pay for delivery too.
Have been told that delivery company(Royal Mail) have issues.
I had no notification that the 2 items were dispatched, nor was I given any tracking information.
First time using this company and disappointed.
Think twice before ordering in my opinion.

Dispatch and service is good.
Dispatch and service is good. Alas, Ecoliving substituted one product for another product that is currently out of stock without informing me. The product webpage, weeks later, still has photos for the a product that is out of stock and not the product that Ecoliving actually has in stock and sends out. It would seem that it's been decided that it's 'all the same innit'. Ecoliving also had trouble with their email and message facilities, which meant that messages didn't get through. Still, when i did actually make contact Ecoliving refunded me and paid for the return postage.

Best eco wholesaler ever (plus they sell direct to customers too)
Great products, great customer service, great prices. They've been so helpful & patient with me ever since my very first order in dec 2023.
Without them I don't think my very very small business would survive! Thank you so much Ecoliving x
