Emailed me and let me know there was going to be an issue we delivery,
when we were out of postal delivery services for next day delivery.Got the delivery company to drop it for me when they said they couldn’t leave it in a safe place for us as we wouldn’t be in on delivery day when it was due. It was left in a safe place from the delivery company M&H carriers,
thanks to the driver who went above and beyond to make sure we got it in a dry and safe state and secured in our shed rather than just leaving around the back of our house. 👏
Also the insulation is easy to lay and use.
No itching with it. Big bonus.

I had a bit of a scare when the delivery company dropped my EcoHome Insulation parcel off at the wrong house. I reached out to EcoHome immediately, and I was honestly blown away when their customer service team got back to me on a Saturday.

They were incredibly reassuring and promised that the issue would be resolved first thing Monday morning. As it turned out, my neighbor was kind enough to bring the parcel over the very next day, but the peace of mind EcoHome provided was top-notch. It’s rare to find a company that stays that responsive over the weekend!

Delivery very prompt, Although 2 packages delivered separately but not told this.
Most materials very good to use, some screws not so good, ie ones to go into pvc and the insulation.

Easy ordering process and rapid delivery, paid or otherwise. Initial order was followed by a query/question that I emailed to which I received a rapid and helpful response. The non-itch insulation is as it says on the tin, clean, non- shredding and user friendly, so much so that I reordered almost immediately in order to do further work.

I ordered a loft kit. It was delivered the following day. It contained everything I needed and the online instructions were great. The loft is lots warmer and looked much better too.

Insulation under underlay under carpet, feels warmer. A lot less stress than lifting floorboards and putting insulation underneath. I messed up with under ordering and company were genuinely made every effort to get to me on time. Tape included with plenty left over. Very impressed. Under Carpet Insulation
