Ordering online was just so easy and payment through Carol had a nice personal feel to the process. Delivery was made extremely convenient and fitted in with our working hours. i would recommend the company although some of the finer details could be better!
The instructions supplied only covered the walls and roof, not the doors and finer detail of construction. The drill bit supplied for the extra long screws for the wall timbers was very poor quality. The drill bit only lasted for the first few timbers before it was unuseable lead which lead to all kinds of problems as i could not find or purchase another anywhere of the same lengh All in all two small details which stopped the company getting a 5 star rating!!
I found the assembly very good except there was no infomation on how to install the roof, also the dimensions given for the base frame was 60 m/m over size, the windows were very poorly manufactured and needed work, the seals on all the windows and doors were damaged and need to be replaced. As a design engineer I feel their should be a few improments to made e:g the roof design. The timber quality could be better as I found quite a few main beams and wall sections badly bent and twisted. But over all delivery and the packing was good.
From placing order to final build, this company has supplied a fantastic product and excellent customer service. I am so impressed i am purchasing another log cabin.
