decent prices, customer service horrible, 5 days to answer, plus 7 labor days to refund a paypal order, when they have to press just 2 clicks to refund an order, I don't really understand this kind of companies that delays everything, and you don't even receive an order confirmation by email about your purchase, horrible workflow, they should change everything from that company
I even didn't receve the confirmation of order while the fee is charged. No response after emailing.
Ordered on sunday and received on wednesday. Accidently ordered an item with delayed shipping so i mailed them on sunday with the question to cancel that item. They responded and shipped the other items on monday. Immediatly received the refund.

Before I ordered, it was stated the item was ready for shipment, but after I ordered I got a mail that there was 30 days of delivery time. I canceled the order, and got a mail that I will receive my money back after a few days. So far 45 days has gone without getting my money. They do not answer my mails.
I returned material that I purchased by mistake, and I paid for the return costs in accordance with the agreed conditions. The process was extended until they stopped responding to messages and PayPal did not refund the money paid because the complaint deadline had passed. They don't respond to messages, they are real scammers disguised as a German company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE, DO NOT FEED TO A THIEF.
The shop is reliable but a bit slow, if you're not on some dealine it's a good shop because the prices are really good compared to other websites and the quality is also good. In my case it took 2 weeks to get the product I ordered (a bit long for a shop in the same country) it took 12 days to ship + 2 days for deutsche post to deliver it to my address, other than this I'm satisfied with the quality of the product and the packaging was also good.
placed a large order but it was never delivered to our address, no idea where the package was delivered to and this supplier is not refunding the money paid OR sending out replacement goods. they have also stopped responding to my emails 3 weeks after the order was meant to be delivered
