Still Waiting !!
Disappointed being asked to make a review now when my supplements have still not arrived after 10 days!
My hopes were up this morning when I received an email saying my order has been despatched.
However I’ve just checked my emails and now I’m being told my order is cancelled and and a refund will be in my account within 5 days.
What is going on!!
Been with echo for quite a while now and never had an issue so let’s hope there is an explanation and I’m sorted soon as I don’t want to go elsewhere.

Really disappointed with the service…
Really disappointed with the service this time. Ordered Whey with Steel shakers x 2 and they sent one steel and one plastic shaker. I had a call which I’ve replied too and I’ve also tried to email but with no joy. Hopefully someone will reply to this. The deal is still online with the steel shaker ??
