Great communication, it takes some time though to get a representative in the chat if you have questions. However ordering here and getting the shipment goes very quick! I’m a happy and returning customer :)
The shopping experience itself wasn't bad.
But...I have ordered the Cartier Panthera for my wife. She's been using it for years and the origianl perfume last the whole day or two. The perfume we did get is NOT ORIGINAL. It's a fake. It ressembles the notes of the Panthera but it lasts no more then a few minutes and then vanishes.
It's some crap packed inside the original bottle.

During the mechanical production process it can happen that some batches may have a manufacturing defect and when this unpleasant condition occurs we are at the complete disposal of our customers to make the return at our charge.
