We have had such a lovely experience with Anne Newman at Viscount Green in Horwich. Anne is professional but also incredibly approachable, making the whole process of choosing what will be our ‘forever home’ as stress free as possible. We are still in the early days of our purchase but feel confident about everything so far given her infectious positivity every time we’ve seen her. Nothing is too much trouble, she never rushes any appointment and has so far made what is generally an intense experience really lovely! Eccleston Homes has been a positive experience overall for us. We've been impressed with the standard of their homes and found their customer service to be professional and responsive to our concerns, which gives us confidence in their work. Although we faced some issues with the build, similar to those faced by other homeowners, the team has been supportive throughout the process of rectifying them. Despite some challenges, we are pleased with our new home and believe we will be happy here.

Having recently completed with Eccleston Homes, the experience throughout the process has been fantastic. Anne Newman was highly professional, friendly and approachable with any of our concerns and queries and continually kept us up to date with regular communication. Anne made the process relaxed, fun and stress free.

Post sale the three site managers have been looking after us with regular check-ins and fixing any snags. The overall finish on the property is outstanding.

My wife and I arranged an appointment with Phil, the Sales manager for the site and found Phil to be very knowledgeable about the available properties and their individual specification, plus his knowledge of the surrounding area and facilities was impressive.
