I have nothing to complain about (except some of the prices and you can do nothing about that!)

Booking was OK, but it wasn't mentioned anywhere that the breakfast is not included, which is for my understanding international Standard and not OK!

I booking my flights since appx. 7 years with ebookers and so far i am completely satisfied. I can only recommend it - it is fast, secure and reliable, and a great price comparission.

We booked multiple-stopp flights for the US which was easy and fast.

I had my reservations about booking online. But working through Ebookers it proved to be a good and effortless experience which I could only recomend.
Easy acsess to what ever I was looking for, even for someone with little online experience (like me).
Reliable Information and feedback from their side.
Even forewarnings about possible strikes of particular airlines and how these might effect my bookings and what alternatives there would be for me to plan around it....

I am happy with ebookers so far but i would like to have this page also in english because my german is in elementary level. Please make available also an English version of ebookers. Thank you.

Airline loyalty programs are / have changed, and some classes of flights are not eligible for mileage credit. It would be a large value add if it were possible to see which flight class applies to the fare before booking. Expedia frequently allows us to see booking class of flights prior to booking, something currently not possible on E-bookers. In future we will probably tend to book with Expedia for this reason.

The flight search was easy and most importantly, it gave me option to buy Rail&Fly tickets. The customer call back service was excellent. I am very much satisfied.

We booked our holiday with ebookers and only the flight came through as arranged. We phoned e bookers many times and were told to wait a day to see whether the booking happened or not. Eventually we were told to book our hotel yet again on e bookers and that we could expect a confirmation by email from the hotel. This never happened, and we never once got an apology. basically it was all our fault, we are a nuisance, aftyer all we are only a customer.

We were looking for a flight from Stuttgart to Chicago then we were driving to Philadelphia and flying back from there to Stuttgart. E-Bookers continually gav us the best rates. We shopped around and always came back to e-bookers. It also let us do the different Airport as we required. Quit afew of the other search sites didn't do this it was only to the Airport you flew to and you had to return to that Airport. Ebookers provided the best search possiblities and the cheapest fares. Even less expensive as returning from the same Airport. Incredible.!!!!

Booked cars, hotels, flights here! No problems occur! Recommend ebookers!

reasonable prices, ease of booking, confirmation with e-tickets number received in less then 10 minutes from booking = really great, saves time!

* ebookers.com which is UK site has telephone contact possible daily till 22h where german does not provide contact from Saturday 17 till later.
Also, beware that if calling Germany website contacts you might be transfered few times between internal people = they either don't speak or understand english, r don't know what to do and how to help you when you really need it. I had this experience myself, so ended up booking through UK webiste + UK call centre was more then helpful!
