Tried ordering a disc on there web site its very clunky, after multiple attempts it refused the discount code so gave up.

I had a problem that loads of places couldn’t or wouldn’t help me with, 5 minutes on the phone and I had loads of information which lead to me getting the brake discs I needed! Definitely saving EBC’s phone number for future

This company is worse than worst
This company is worse than worst. They take no responsibility whatsoever. All they do is blaming their resellers instead of solving problems.
Stay away from EBC brakes. This company is not to trust.

Lack of Knowledge or help
Just had the pleasure of trying to ask for help on upgrading my brakes. The only person who was of any help now no longer works for the company.
You should try to keep good knowledgeable staff!!
I had the displeasure of dealing with the Technical Data Manager and he came across as I've been here for 30 years I know whats what!!
Well unfortunately you don't as you then basically said this later.
All they did is ask for me to look for the info.
They are not a brake specialist as they tell us all they are just an aftermarket brake supplier.

beyond exceptional
I have used EBC pads for years on my Harleys. Way better than stock. Well I had an issue with one. I knew it had to be a one off problem as their quality is always excellent. Well my local Harley dealer who I bought it from, almond with $4,000 worth of other parts wouldn't do a thing about it. So I message EBC direct. They obviously take customer service seriously. They are beyond exceptional. Great product. Great service. Only pad I will ever use. -George Farris. Ohio, USA.
