I can see that your filter order was placed on 26/03/26 and delivered on 31/03/26. While this is within our standard delivery timeframe, we’re sorry to hear that it felt too long in your case, especially given how important consistent performance is for protecting your guitar.

We’re pleased to hear you value that the product is British-made and that parts are readily available. However, we’re sorry to learn that the unit hasn’t performed as expected in maintaining stable humidity levels. We understand how critical it is to keep conditions consistent, particularly for sensitive instruments.

Please note that the unit may show a slightly lower humidity reading, as the internal sensor is not 100% precise and can vary by around ±5%.

We would recommend reaching out to our customer support team so we can assist you further—whether that’s checking the unit is operating correctly or providing guidance on getting the best performance from it.

We’d like to reassure you that this is not the standard performance we expect. Our machines are designed with features such as the Perfect Wash Protect system, which carefully balances the load to protect fabrics while maintaining effective spin results. However, if the load is uneven or the machine is unable to fully stabilise, it can reduce spin efficiency which may explain what you’re experiencing.

Please contact our customer support team so we can troubleshoot the issue and, if needed, arrange an engineer. We’re committed to ensuring your machine performs as intended.
