No communication or reply regarding warranty claim
Purchased an irrigation package less than a year ago. The irrigation timer, which has a 2 year warranty, has now developed a leak and is unusable.
I have called the contact number on the website several times over 2 weeks and it always goes to voicemail. I have left multiple messages, and have also emailed regarding this issue, but have had no reply or communication whatsoever from easywatering.co.uk. So I am now left with a broken product with no way of replacing it under its warranty period.
Regardless of their initial service and prices, it is not acceptable to ignore customers once a problem has developed later on.

Rapid delivery great advice
The staff were really helpful over the phone, and gave me detailed advice on what irrigation system would be best for my garden, and how to set it up.
After I made my order I received the goods the following day - fantastic service. Will use them again in the future.

Excellent Service and Quick Delivery
Great advice from the guys on the phone, and delivered next day, what else can you ask for. They actually know what they are talking about, unlike the B&Q's of this world.
