Very disappointed: no help when it truly mattered
I have rented several cars through EasyTerra this year and was always satisfied, until my last booking.
After a long flight, I arrived tired at the Goldcar counter, where I was told I had to pay almost 50% extra in “out-of-hours” fees, even though my pickup time (23:30) was clearly confirmed and paid for on the voucher of EasyTerra Car Rental.
I called EasyTerra four times (number on the voucher) while standing at the counter, no one answered. At midnight, far from home, I had no choice but to pay. When I later contacted EasyTerra, they said there was nothing they could do.
That’s when I realized: EasyTerra is fine when everything goes smoothly, but when something goes wrong, you’re completely on your own.
It’s very disappointing, because I trusted them and had planned to book many more times. Sadly, this experience has cost them a loyal customer.
