Don't start this!!!

You will never see your money again.

The website was good and the explanations were clear. The prices were excellent and the customer service was good

From reservation through to pick up and return everything ran smoothly and the service was great. We were delighted with the entire experience.

I rented a car through a voucher at the airport, and everything went smoothly. The process was quick, and I was able to get a car from Hertz without any hassle. However, there was some confusion regarding the insurance coverage. We had multiple insurances listed: Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Protection, Excess Cover, Extended Cover, and Liability Insurance.

At the Hertz desk, we were told that we didn’t have insurance. Could you please clarify which insurance is necessary to be fully covered?

I have used Easy Terra a number of times. They are easy to book with, their rental car costs are reasonable and offer peace of mind rental. I had to cancel a booking i had paid for due to a death in the family, i was refunded within an hour.

Beware this company does not make clear a very important condition for hiring. I hired a car for 20 days from EasyTerra on the U.K. website. I went to collect at Olbia Airport, Sardinia from Surprice and was told this was not possible as I did not hold a European Driving Licence and my U.K. one needed an International Driving Licence. They said my contract was with EastTerra and refused any refund. As a result I had to go to another company at the airport who rented a car to me without fuss. EasyTerra pointed out that page 4 of the T&Cs said I needed a European Licence and so refused any refund. Disgraceful that it was buried in the T&Cs.

We received the exact same car (brand/model) as booked. It was a brand new one. People at the desk didn't try to sell us additional insurance. 5 star experience!

I found that if you pay for full insurance in advance via the website it is much cheaper that to pay insurance when you get the car.
