have been using Easysend for a number of years; I had never had a problem until now. I had sent money on Saturday; the transfer was not done until Monday. I have received receipts that the transfer is on the way to the receiver. I was very happy at this stage that the money reached the other party just on time. A few days later I received another email that they want to verify a payment. I was shocked learning that the money is not with them but with a third party. The third party blocked my money because they wanted to investigate the receiver. I explained that I don't possess such information as the person is working at court; we are talking about a prosecutor. The easysend asked for ID card, DOB, and address. I never heard of such things that the prosecutor would provide for me information like that. If they wanted to investigate the prosecutor, they should directly contact him or her to obtain information. I asked EasySend to provide information for the security company that investigates the other party. I was told that they don't have an email and the telephone number for them. EasySend refused to return my money. It's been now more than a week since the money should be in the account of the other party; unfortunately, nothing has been done. This company is a nightmare, causing mental distress. The customer service is horrendous; they don't inform a customer about anything. I would not recommend them; please stay far from them. There are better companies on the market.

I've been using easy send for more than…
I've been using easy send for more than 9 years since last year it is really bad,money arrived after 3 days,problem with transfers and lately quite poor customer service. It was very good company but something bad has happened there lately .
