A hit and a miss. I had at first purchased an Ogawa chair from the manufacturer. Well made, thick covering, wonderful stitching. Had to be sent back because fully assembled wouldn't fit in my doors. While looking on the net I found Easy Massage and they found me a chair with similar features to the ogawa but in an Osaki. Osaki Grand Duo 4D+4D. They offered me the best price matched to Costco sale. Was delivered today and thankfully fit in unassembled. White glove delivery did a difficult but wonderful job. So though everything went well the Osaki chair is not made as well as the Ogawa. The padding on top of the rollers is thin, very thin. Even on most gentle setting I was left sore and black and blue on hips. The chair is impossible to use like this. I have found a pad made just for this problem and had to order it to hopefully make the massage tolerable. And so, it's two fold. The buying experience was good but the chair not near what I thought would be a match to the ogawa. It has AI or what they think passes for AI but no way to soften the massage. I'm not returning it but disappointed I have to invest yet more money into building a better roller covering.

I ordered a massage chair this month (July 2024). I had a deal with Daryl (Sales Associate over their website, youll see him in the chat that pops up when you browse their website) that the chair will have a massage chair cover with it. When I followed up regarding the massage chair cover thru email, Elaine (customer support representative) responded back and she said that it will be delivered once the massage chair has been delivered to my home. Well, my massage chair has been delivered. I have been following up for more than 3 days now regarding the massage chair cover, and they were not responding to emails and phone calls. But, during the process of me buying and inquiring a massage chair, they have been fully attentive and responsive since they clearly want just to sell their massage chair. Now Im thinking if what will happen next if my chair will have a problem in the future. How will they respond to their customers having trouble with their massage chairs if with a simple follow up of a massage chair cover that is included in my massage chair purchase was already a hard task and they have been avoiding my calls and ignoring my emails? So, please avoid this company at all cost to prevent you from any headache after you buy a massage chair from them. This is based on my first hand experiences.

I called Easy Massage Chair and spoke with Vincent who was very knowledgable about the various massage chairs. After a lengthly discussion I decided to go with the i9 Max Special Edition because of the multiple massage options as well as my own research. It was a bit unnerving to make such a large purchase on the internet with a company I knew nothing about, however, Vincent as well as all the other employees I interacted with were honest and trustworthy. I would most certainly purchase from this company again. Communication from them was excellent from start to finish.

The message chair is very well constructed, and most important to me, it's made in the USA. We have had the chair for a couple of weeks now and it works perfectly. All of the preset massage modes give a stimulating massage. It is truly amazing how many different parts of your body this chair can work on at the same time. We are still working on setting up the manual massage mode which is a little more challenging. The only concern I have is the intensity settings run from 1 to 5 and even when the machine is set on 1 it is too intense for my wife on her feet and arms. Not sure if there is some sort of a software change that could be made, but I will call Luraco customer service and ask the question.

The chair was extremely well packaged and the delivery went off without a hitch. I opted to assemble the chair myself to save a little money, and within 2 hours the chair was unpackaged and put together without a problem. There are a lot of videos to watch that will help with the assembly and operation of this chair and I would highly recommend taking the time to watch them.

I use my chair 5 to 6 hours every day due to a bad back. It has lived up to its advertising and my expectations. Extremely comfortable and adjustable. It is just what I needed, I feel better every time I get to my chair, the soft leather is luscious, and the massage function works remarkably well.

The Luraco i9 Medical Massage Chair is the latest and greatest Massage chair that has all the features you would ever want or need. Vincent told me that there would be a wait for the chair because Luraco was backed up with orders due to the factory being closed during the COVID pandemic lockdown and also the i9 is new to the market and in high demand. I ordered the Chair in November and received it on the 28th of February. From first placing the order to final delivery Elaine in customer service kept me fully informed of the progress and was very kind, friendly, professional and responsive. The white glove delivery was really nice also and the technicians did a good job assembling the chair for me. I had a few questions after delivery, so I decided to call Luraco technical support, and they were very friendly and helpful as well. This massage chair is amazing and everything Vincent said it would be. This is a very high-quality chair with full leather and all the bells and whistles you would ever want. And to top it off it’s MADE IN THE USA…… Without a doubt I highly recommend the Luraco I9 Massage chair and purchasing it from Easy Massage Chair. I think you will be equally impressed. After several years of debate, I finally made the decision to buy a massage chair. I called up Easy Massage Chair near me and spoke with Vincent, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and assisted me in picking the right chair. He was great. Had the chair delivered, and dealt with Ruth in customer support during that process. Only time in my life where I felt like I was getting personal service from a company's customer support. She might have been better than Vincent. Then, I got the chair - delivered by two men who thankfully knew exactly what they were doing, were incredibly courteous, and took full precaution in light of the pandemic to make us safe - and my wife and I (and 8-year-old daughter) could not be happier. We use it every day and are so happy with our decision to get it. I am not the type of guy who leaves tons of reviews, but I try to make the effort when a company stands out as good or bad. In this case, I am happy to give a review for good. If you're thinking of getting a massage chair, Easy Massage Chair is the way to go.

ordered a chair 13 days ago still hasnt shipped, may not be easy massage chair fault, but could have went picked up chair at a dealer but they assured me delivery 7-9 days.

I researched massage chairs for several months. i had several requisites for me to consider any brand or model. 1.Has to fit at least 6'3" 240 lb. user. 2.Must include a minimum 3 year warranty in base price. 3.Free shipping. 4 Brand/company have at least 5 years of manufacturing high end massage chairs. 6.Have at least 85% positive reviews/customer comments. 7. Designed\made/assembled in America (its understood that certain components will be made "off-shore" and I find that acceptable.) After much research I found 6 chairs that fit 4 of my criteria,3 that fit 5 and 1 that fit all 7. Thus my purchase of the Luraco i7+ Price was a consideration but in the context of best value as opposed to the lowest number. Easy Massage was a pleasure to work with,especially Ruth in customer service. We arranged a delivery window which was executed as agreed upon. Ruth kept me updated during the 3 week period between purchase and delivery. Delivery crew contacted me day prior to delivery to confirm date/time. Two man crew set up chair in the designated location and activated the self initialization protocol to insure chair(software/hardware) was functioning properly. I've been learning and using the many functions of my chair and thoroughly enjoying it. Highly recommend the i7 and Easy Massage Chair.

I ordered the Message Chair with Massage Gun. Unfortunately, the gun is not included with the chair. Then I contact the Customs Service team, their speedy response impresses me. The massage chair comes in great condition and I choose to assembly them by myself. The steps are easy to follow which takes me around an hour to finish. It was a great shopping experience for me and my wife.

I am so happy with the chair I purchased (Panasonic EP-MA73) and the quick, efficient shipping. Everything was in pristine shape on arrival and installation was a snap. Smooth transaction. I had slight hiccup with shipper called Easy Massage and they resolve it quickly. The chair is a dream and gets used about every other day. The chair was easy to assemble the few parts that were needed due to company’s video showing how to assemble. It’s certainly a two person job to bring into house. But would definitely recommend the chair.
