Worst airline I’ve ever had to deal with. Staff are absolutely disgusting swearing at me in their own language infront of other staff members, just because my flight was cancelled and I asked for help, customer service on the phone was shocking took an hour to answer and then told me book another flight and didn’t help me what so ever.

Refused to escalate my concern. Change my flight from 3 pm to 6 am. I asked for an alternative Airport which they could only find a departure flight not return. Then I asked for accommodation the day before I’m due to flyer as it’s a 6 am flight still refuse to Help and escalate my concern.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Everything was sorted on the live chat in half an hour and I was given a full refund due to my flight times changing significantly. I have been informed I will get a full refund within 7 days which is amazing as I booked through a third party who were not willing to refund me.

I made genuine mistake and cancelled my flight. I was only looking to add extras I know this was my mistake but thought I’d contact easyJet to see if they could help because my friend had done the same thing and as she was re-booking they waived the fee. I was very rudely told it was different circumstances without even knowing their details.
I was then told I couldn’t speak to a supervisor even though it states on their website you can. She then said I was reading into asking for a supervisor what I wanted followed by complain if it makes you happy but it won’t go anywhere. Customer service needs some serious training.

Probably one of the worst airlines I have had the misfortune to fly with! On 31 August 2025, our return flight from Santorini was effectively cancelled and moved to the following day under the same flight number, which appeared to avoid formally classifying it as a cancellation, but hey!
In line with Easyjet's legal/regulatory obligations, we were explicitly informed that transport, meals, and overnight accommodation would be reimbursed. However, when we submitted our claim, it was rejected on the basis that the claimant’s name differed from the traveller’s name (Stelios vs Stylianos). Despite multiple phone calls, explanations, and reassurances from Easyjet representatives, the re-submitted claim was again declined for the same reason.
We felt that was unreasonable. The names in question are clearly variations of the same name, something that should have been straightforward to verify or resolve. After considerable time and effort, we ultimately gave up pursuing the claim, which reflects poorly on your customer service and claims handling process.
The overall experience was extremely disappointing to deal with after our flight was effectively cancelled and we were promised reimbursement for transport, meals, and overnight accommodation, yet our claim was rejected. After all you would have thought that Easyjet of all airlines would know that their founder's name is Stelios aka Stylianos!
Needless to say this avoidance to reimburse us for what was in fact legally required, made an already stressful disruption even more frustrating.
I have the case numbers to hand if there is any inkling of looking into this and turning this experience around.
