A frustrating waste of time

A frustrating waste of time. After contacting Easyflow for a quote, I then requested a survey which I had to chase up twice before it was finally booked in. During the survey I felt I was being pushed to agree to options that would make it easy on the installers but result in a less-than-optimal underfloor heating system.

After reiterating that I wanted to ensure efficiency without undue heat loss (poorly-installed UFH systems are very common) and that I would rather do more preparatory work than go for the easier options, Easyflow then replied to say the job wasn't 'economically feasible' and they didn't want to do it.

I was left with the impression that the company only wants to take on easy jobs where the customer doesn't ask too many questions about quality - and combined with the difficulty in getting them to come out in the first place I think this is just as well, except to say that if you're in a similar position I would keep looking for a more professional company.
