5* service from start to finish. From going onto their site which is clear, colourful and easy to navigate, speaking to there booking agent who was helpful and polite at all times, speaking to their estimator who was clear and concise and then dealing with their site team who turned up on time and did a great job. brilliant company and an excellent result. I couldn't ask for anything more

Good customer service, easy to order and quick to despatch.

Ordered but no delivery.
Offered Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday, but the Brentag lady said they are only in my area Monday and Friday, but I am not being flexible!!

I always deal with Granville he is a fantastic guy and his communication with customers is amazing.
The delivery company was amazing aswell the driver phoned me 1hour before delivering my order he was so polite and professional (Winston) and all the other drivers are a credit to the company.

We operate a large national swimming pool and had a temporary issue with our regular chemical supplier. Found Easy Chem on google and contacted Granville. What a fantastic response from him. With out his help were were facing temporary closure. Sourced and delivered the chemicals we required at a great price and in good time. We were kept updated with the progress and would definitely trust him again to deliver the goods.
