I started buying from East End Press at Christmas..both the Sewn and Vertical
Garlands were beautiful! Have now tried the greetings cards and have already gone back for a second and third order. They are all absolutely lovely and have been really well recieved

I have bought in the past beautiful garlands from East End Press and recommended them as I work with display. However my last purchase just made, left me angry! They have reduced the size of the product, considerably,
Without any mention on site and still priced the same amount, when I approached them on the matter they, refused my wanting a refund, I do not think it value for money, and will not be recommending it or buying again!

Numerous messages sent and received and still no results. The item, magnetic door screen, was originally ordered in error and I tried to cancel 9 minutes later. However, the company said it had already been sent! I've asked for a prepaid return postage label but they have not responded. Either their customer service is excellent sending it out so quickly, or they've been a bit economical with the truth. All I wanted to know was will I be refunded the whole amount including postage, and also receive a prepaid returns label via email? Still no reply to date!
Very upset with response to garland enquiry.
The reindeer garland was a present. I hung it up carefully but it was too long for the space. I removed it carefully as it is quite fragile.
I placed it on a flat surface and the cotton hangings tangled.
I tried to undo the tangle which only got worse rendering the garland useless...the antlers bent over.
I emailed the co. who said they did not understand what I wanted.
After one more email I was told it was my fault as the garland was fine in the packaging until I removed it and hung it...I was responsible for its demise. Surely you have a choice where to hang the decoration.
I cannot see what I did wrong.
I am an artist so understand the fragility of art.
I was completely shocked by their indifference having admired their products and company online.
The customer service was difficult to understand.
This is my third order from East End Press. The website is easy-to-navigate, the images/ descriptions are good quality/ clear. My orders have all arrived rapidly after ordering (even during the current disruption owing to strike action). The items are protectively packaged with biodegradable materials. The products themselves are beautiful: I have also given them as gifts and the recipients are thrilled. They are well-made & the Fair Trade aspect is brilliant. I especially like how environmentally friendly they are, lightweight & easy to store, ready to use year after year. I’m not sure what assistance the previous reviewer required? Everything I have bought has been straightforward/ self-explanatory and easy to use. Also, at one point I did require some assistance from customer service: they emailed me back within a couple of hours of my enquiry each time. Altogether a brilliant little business and a very happy customer.
Appalling customer service, don’t ask these people for help with their products, as this will not be forthcoming. Not recommended at all.
