Ordered my new Gessi tap online on Sunday night and with free delivery. Got an email on Monday morning stating my order was being dealt with got another telling me my order was on its way and would be delivered on Wednesday. Hoorah so pleased it has turned up as stated. Very pleased very professional. Thank you

Excellent value for money. No fitting instructions were included just diagram but website details did not say they were included so not surprised. Three screws for spindle were not included but my son is an engineer so it was not a problem and he used his common sense to fit it so did not need to use the diagram which was not useful anyway without fitting instructions. Lower door hinges caused a problem for lower tray but he raised the tray to avoid the problem. If you were a less skilled person, you would need fitting instructions. Delivery was stated as 7 days but arrived in less than two days. Overall very pleased. Good quality trays.

Quick delivery and helpful staff. The only reason you can’t give 5 stars is the prices - identical items are available for less if you shop around, so great for service but not so on prices.

East Coast Kitchens are really good to deal with. This was my first purchase from them, a double integrated bin that fits inside a cupboard. Unfortunately, and through no fault of theirs, the bin arrived damaged. This was due to poor packing by their supplier and not East Coast Kitchens. This problem was dealt with in a couple of days and a replacement bin was provided. It is understandable that problems happen, it’s the way they are dealt with that makes the difference. I am in the bathroom and occasional kitchen fitting business, and believe me, there are some terrible companies out there. East Coast Kitchens do NOT appear to be one of them.

I wanted to feedback about the first class customer experience I received from east coast kitchens company.

I placed my order on line, after checking with them live stock availability. My sink was received 2 days later, but unfortunately the tap hole had been drilled on the wrong side.

From the moment I called to notify the error, the mistake was swiftly dealt with, an uplift and new sink replacement ordered. Within 24 hours of all this happening I am thrilled to report the new sink has arrived and the old one collected for return to the supplier.

It is so refreshing to experience such service, which has way surpassed my already usually high expectations.

And the icing on the cake, they are competitive on price, so stop googling and get buying from this company

No response on website chat, no help received

Sadly we were unable to place our order for a bespoke door. The only type of payment method they would accept was bank transfer. Whilst we have no issue in paying in full at the time of placing an order, for our own protection would only be willing to do so by credit card or PayPal. East Coast would not accept either of these payment methods for bespoke items. Now placing order elsewhere.

Quick, efficient and very well priced.

What a great company to do business with, they are really helpful in every way to help you out. The tap I purchased was top quality and looks really good once I fitted it.

Don't waste your time with others EastCoast are the place to go. Efficient, friendly service and quality products too. What more do you need? Would definitely use them again and again with absolute confidence.

This is the first time I've have ordered from East Coast Kitchen, but it will not be the last! I was so impressed firstly with the updates on my order, especially given the circumstances at the moment! and then with the delivery updates, Customer service 100% and this makes all the difference, the Dressing Table stool looks perfect and the Quality is excellent, thank you all so very much Kind Regards Linda Ward
