I really recommend mute in Brussels, they have the best team ever. They deliver the moped to my door and they are always here for help, I got a problem with my moped and they changed it the same day, I definitely recommend this company

Good value for money, but after 3 years of subscription not recommended, as everything is good until you don't have issues with the moped, from there everting will be stretched and also communication is really poor.
Business is business, but here money are more important of the costumers.

I rent moped month and after first month ask me to take back because MOT is exparied is ok can happen but then they couldn't come to take the mope I need go there and then make me wait 3 day for give me replacement and then replacement it was very slow wick even lime bike can pass me 25 mile I use have 40 mi so I be dissapoint with service and all

I subscribed to MUTE’s Deliverite service because their UK website clearly promises a replacement moped if repairs take more than 48 hours. My moped has been out of service for well beyond that time, and they refused to repair or replace it within the advertised timeframe.
This is a breach of their own service guarantee and the Consumer Rights Act. I am documenting the entire situation for Trading Standards and my bank.

Anyone considering this service should be aware that the 48-hour guarantee was not honoured in my case.”**

First off, they were nice people. I'm not giving my money to a company that can't keep their staff happy.
2nd, YOU NEED TO DO THE CBT (it's a course, not a test, compulsory basic training). This is not an e-bike, it's a proper moped that's electric.
3rd, damage or breakdowns, they'll swap it out
It's Summer, rent one for a month, see if you like it!
