Ample opportunity during web chat to disclose item was sold out prior to me placing order.
Informed next day item was unable to ship at advertised price as sold out, yet still advertised on website at price paid.

Great on line support using the chat. Even better follow up conversation initiated by the company. Item was with me within 24 hours as promised. Customer focused company. Will definitely recommend to others and will use the company again.

Ok... the delivery was a problem. For some reason the delivery company delivered to the wrong place.

However it was sorted out, the service is friendly and knowledgeable and the price was good. All in all very good!

Clicked, paid and a couple of days later it arrived. No hassle.

Recently, I was greatly helped by Jonathon at EAV. His expertise was a massive help to us in selecting the right equipment for our school. He then went out of his way to make sure the equipment was delivered in a timely and efficient manner. It is not often that you find companies who track your parcels, once they have left their depot, and keep you personally updated on how they are progressing. Thank you Jonathon.

Called to ask about 2.4Ghz wireless microphones and was given very knowledgable and accurate technical advice. Consequently, I bought the AKG TETRAD D5 system with two mics... Works perfectly over about 50-60 metres even through walls. Delivery was next day. Prices were very competitive. I can highly recommend E-AV on all counts. I'll be using them again

I have just received the unit in the post. It looks in good condition though I have yet to use it. It took a while to come (in the world of next day delivery) and postage and packing considering its weight was exorbitant (£6:95 and not next day!) as there don't seem to be many other suppliers of the product - will be praying it works

Fantastic product bought purely on recommendation as band PA. This was backed up by great online shop who were very quick to reply & even chat through product & delivery over the phone with me when I needed as a big game on my part buying blind buy they reassured me in every way & having used the PA this weekend was more than pleased with product & service

I like this company. I only ordered1 speaker and they took the trouble To call me to make sure that I knew that the sale was just for one speaker and that I was not understanding that I was ordering a pair . spot on !! and they had the best price
