The technician arrived the day that I phoned and was straight into dealing with the problem. The CCTV unfortunately found that the drain was severely damaged by roots and will have to be replaced. They are giving me a quote for the work required. They were professional and considerate.

We had a problem with a blocked drain outside our utility room, where tree roots were starting to take over. Dan quickly diagnosed the 'root' of the problem and was able to clear the blockage without the need for any specialist equipment. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Throughout the visit, information on the process was offered and explained.
A video was taken of the affected drain, which made the problem very clear.

Dan and Terry were prompt and explained everything to me, what they were doing, how much it would cost. I had, a day previous a drain company out who clearly were trying to scam me.
Dan and Terry did what was needed and cleared my drains in no time.

I feel so relieved now knowing the work is done and I dont need to worry about finding a huge amount of money as quoted by others.

The guys arrived within the hour and spent some time chasing the blockage. We finally discovered a shared manhole where the manhole cover had failed and cause a blockage. Everything was cleared and left flowing again....well done to them.

Got help unblocking soil stack that put a whole bathroom out of action. James from Dynorod was professional, efficient and friendly. Problem sorted with no fuss and clear explanation. After clearing the blockage, he verified drains were cleared and running using professional grade equipment. Price was reasonable given the quality of service.

Telephoned Dyno -Rod at 11.30am, they had a man here by 12.30pm. Excellent service. The young man who turned up was very helpful and professional in sorting out my issue with the drains.

Very simple to book very accommodating for an afternoon visit. Keeper well up to date on what time they will arrive. Very simple payment problem was solved showed me the problem and showed me when problem was solved. Very polite people.

We had a major problem with our internal drains to outside drain due to limescale build up. Slow drainage and sometimes backing up. We were so pleased they sent Craig. He originally came with a camera to identify the problem so he knew what was needed. He did a thorough job and cleared the walls of the drains with a special machine that removed all the debris. He worked hard. All internal drains are emptying quickly now to the outside drain. It is an excellent service provided by Dyno-Rod from backup admin in the office by Darcey and the site work by Craig. Thank you to all involved.

Blocked drain from toilet. Caused by limescale. The service was excellent. Came before stated time. The engineer was extremely thorough. Sorted the problem but also checked all other drains to ensure no debris left
