Danny is the best thing about this experience with Dyno-rod. Our hot water cylinder was leaking and the job spilled over to 2 days. Danny got to grips with our Byzantine plumbing system and made sure he was booked to complete the work so we didn’t have to start over with a different plumber.

Danny went the extra mile today. The job was much more complicated than we had predicted, but he persevered until everything was sorted. And he was very nice!

danny arrived on time, he was friendly and professional the whole time he was here. it was clear from the beginning he knew what he was doing, and fixed our bath and shower leak with a new fitting. job done. thank you.

Prompt and efficient. After trying different valves, the engineer spotted a crack in the old cistern causing the leak. The next day he fitted a new cistern. Flushed with success!

Anyone interested, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the plumbing issue at my business. yesterday there was a persistent leak in the basement that was not fixed. The leak has caused water damage to the surrounding area and is becoming increasingly inconvenient. I have contacted this company's maintenance department and although technicians have visited me to assess the problem, at the cost of £880 the problem remains unresolved. they are not serious it is a company without even one star it does not deserve

A plumber came to my property to remove redundant pipework from a cupboard at the top of my stairs. The operative had to access my loft. He damaged my ceiling and light fitting and attempted to get away with. I went downstairs to put on some washing and caught him coming out of my bathroom. I asked what he was doing in there and he said that he went in there to mix cement. I had my underwear on display in my bathroom and i felt completely humilated. He was supposed to ask me to use my bathroom and cement should not of been mixed in the bathroom he should of done this in my kitchen. He entered my private space and i felt violated . I told him that he damaged my ceiling and light fitting. In addition the operative asked for my bank card details. I said this is a breach of GDPR and said that agreement has been made that i would phone the office to make payment after the the job has been done. I put in a complaint on the same day and sent photographs of the damage to my bathroom ceiling and nothing has been done. He left all the rubbish in my loft and Dyno have not responded to all my emails and phone calls. They are a con and the customer service is appalling.

I have used Dino rod many times, and as always thoughtless professional and courteous would recommend to others, as if I need them again. I will definitely call them out.

We were attended by Dyno as part of our cover with British Gas. It took a couple of visits before a more experienced engineer attended the job. Danny was amazing! He reviewed the problem and explained what was required to get the job done. He booked his folllw up appointment making sure he attended the job.
The job took 5 hours as it required the hot water tank to be emptied, a part replaced and refilled. Danny was very thorough with his post job completion checks making sure all taps worked as expected and the hot water was ready for use.

Danny was also very polite and cleaned up after his work.

The engineer did everything he said he would, then he checked something else and found a problem we thought might be there but weren’t sure. Now we know what action to take. He was very thorough and helpful.

My plumber replaced my sink and he fid a wonderful job! He was quick and efficient and he left my bathroom really clean. I am delighted! Thank you so much!!!!
