Reckless driving and road rage driver
On Thursday 27th August between 5-5:10pm, inNortholt London, on Ruislip Road which is a 20mph road with bus lanes and very heavy traffic, one of your drivers decided to have a road rage with me. The first time I noticed him was when he came behind me next to a DPD van driver who was rightly behind me on a single two-way traffic road and he started beeping at me to move forward, even though there was a bus in front of me waiting to move at a roundabout adjacent to lady Margaret Road. He overtook the DPD van driver very illegally I must say, and then carried on coming behind me as I was carrying on straight from the roundabout on Ruislip Road. The bus in front of me came to a stop and as there was oncoming traffic I could not overtake the bus and he started to horn again, when the bus moved I slowly carried on behind, till we reached the traffic lights and I there were so many cars waiting at the traffic lights and I was in the right hand lane and he came behind me and was gesturing at me to move very aggressively and beeping, then he recklessly and aggressive overtook me within centimetres away from my car when the road merged into one and pulled up side by side by me and rolled his window down and started shouting, swearing at me and making very aggressive gestures. Never used the company before and will definitely not use it now. I don’t know what he was expecting me to do, fly my car? Whilst I was complying with the legal speed limit and manoeuvres, he was the one making a illegal and reckless moves. Reg: DT75 ZNX and driver had glasses on. If they are late to their jobs that doesn’t make them entitled to road rage with others when there is heavy traffic everywhere, all are in the same situation, next time plan better!!

Dealing with loud knocking in water pipes
The plumbing engineer who fitted a new fill valve for me. He was courteous and professional and showed me what he had done. He also advised me on what I needed to do if there was any further problem with knocking in my water pipes.

Awful
Awful. Had to book three appointments to get a toilet fixed. The first one, they didn't show up at all (we waited all day). The second, they came hours late and without the proper part/tools to do the job. The third, they arrived extremely late. But at least they fixed the issue. Customer service was awful. Zero communication.
