Mark Kingham the operative was knowledgable, personable and thorough, despite the late hour and sweltering conditions.
He was able to advise on the cause, effect the solution and provide really useful information regarding a disabled accessible water shut off point, for help in future situations.

Mark did a great job
Mark King gave us a quote to take out our old bathroom toilet, sink and radiator and install new ones on Friday 14th August. He did an excellent job and managed to complete all the work in the day allotted to a high standard. In addition he brought a trainee at no extra cost and was able to quote for and complete the pipework for our shower attachment that same day. We were delighted.

The engineer by the name of Lewis Leaman who was new to the job did a great job identifying the issue straightaway and fix in it. He was supervised by his senior and they fixed the leak and cleaned up after too.

Further to my earlier review dated 23rd…
Further to my earlier review dated 23rd July,Warren James the Metserve Dyno plumber returned to my property on Weds 5th August to repair our main cold water pipe which had sprung a major leak .As the artex ceiling in the cloakroom had been removed he was able to quickly identify the source of the leak. However it was extremely difficult to repair this as the faulty joint was very close to a ceiling joist and the pipes serving it were jammed in behind a waste pipes and Impossible to access.
Warren had to cut out pipes at source, cap them off and fit elbows and then run a new pipe through the joist into a new joint connection. It was an extremely difficult job which took in total about three hours to complete. Once he had done this Warren then checked all the plumbing circuits throughout the house to ensure everything was in complete working order.
Once again he did an exemplary job for which we are extremely grateful. Thank you.

Repairing a broken toilet cistern
The plumber made a great job of cleaning down and totally replacing the plastic parts of the toilet cistern which was continually running. He was polite and efficient.

Kieran Paynter attended my home as part of the British Gas HomeCare agreement to fix problems with three of my toilets. They all had different issues, ranging from not filling properly, not flushing, and constantly overflowing after being flushed.
Kieran was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what he had done to fix each problem. The service was excellent from start to finish.

Just wanted to acknowledge the excellent work done by Louis, the Dyno engineer. He located the problem very quickly and I now wish I had called them out before attempting to isolate the leak myself!! Great experience and such a relief to know that everything has been corrected with a top quality, permanent fix.
