I would like to say thank you very much for the company , especially for plumber Oziel , he came at first time in the morning, straight away he found why my radiator is not working.He is very professional, I it was a good work and he was very friendly and helpful.
I definitely recommend to everyone to use this company.

Dynarod performed flawlessly and (Patrick Duffy) could not have been more efficient & helpful. The visit took place within 2 days of booking and the household problems were quickly sorted. The advice to ensure good maintenance of the drains moving forward was generously volunteered by Patrick & the duty of care and interest in the job he exhibited was clear to see. Quick and excellent job

Aron rang beforehand to confirm he was on his way. Introduced himself in person and went about trying to trace an obstructed drain. With no luck ,as the blockage was severe which we were able to view on the camera used,Aron arranged for the blockage to be removed via another method the following day. All dealt with efficiently and politely.

Great service. Ryan who attended the premises is a great guy. Talked through the problem and the solution. Was very helpful and efficient.

Came quickly and they completed the job without disturbing me. This surprised me as I thought they would have to bring equipment through the flat, but they fixed it all outside. Pleasant man who came and solved my problem.

I have had VERY bad service from Dynorod, having waited in twice for them to no avail. The first time Dynorod said someone will come between 8-1pm they arrived at 2.15 with faulty equipment. The 2nd time the time was between 1-6pm at 5.30 I rang after sometime on the phone they said they could not come due to faulty equipment again.

Called the Dyno Rod and had someone come over the same day. Very friendly, efficient and job solved. Very happy! Absolutely recommendable.

I'm a carer for a disabled friend - she lives with physical but also severe mental health issues. She was in distress because her toilet was blocked and she felt she was to blame - she wasn't. I had bought several un-blocker solutions and equipment but to no avail. The problem wasn't at her side of the toilet. On this occasion I couldn't be with her when a plumber was there. I called Dyno-Rod to explain the situation and how she has difficulty dealing with people. The person I spoke to on the phone couldn't have done more and said that they would send someone over as soon as they could. He explained the cost clearly etc. The plumber who attended was brilliant with her. Absolutely Brilliant. He cleared up, leaving everything clean, sorted the issue and did so with great understanding given her health situation. He assured her it wasn't anything she had done. I could not be more happy with the service we got from Dyno-Rod and a massive thank you to the wonderful staff that we dealt with. Dyno-Rod get a disability friendly badge from us. Engineer was great. Polite, good communication, nice attitude, professional. Was really pleased to have someone like him coming round. Fixed the job (a blocked drain), gave helpful suggestions for how to maintain and then also had a look at a couple of other things. All in all excellent.

Happy to pay a bit more for someone like him and his level of professionalism.

Only area of customer experience improvement would be keeping me informed on his eta of arrival. Window was 1-6pm, and he arrived at 5pm. Would be good if there was an app that gave you a clearer indication of his likely eta. That would add a lot of value.

I always use dyno rode .
The technician are well equipped and trained .
And recommend all my family friends to try dyno rode first rather waste money on others.

Technician arrived on time and undertook a drain survey…I’ve had a problem with rats entering the house. He was reassuring, efficient and helpful. Whilst I need follow up work to be done I was really plsd with what he did and the solutions he offered.
Sadly the follow up appt hasnt been the same and I have been let down by the co twice.... And their lack of communication has been frustrating
Despite saying on 20 sept they would look into this...they have done nothing (10 Oct)...And have ignored my complaint.
