Gentlemen going by the name of Harley came and carried out the work for me, very friendly and polite. Showed me what the problem was and dealt with it very quickly no messing about. Would definitely recommend this company.

After receiving a text to say that the engineer was on route I had to chase as he had still not arrived after over an hour and quarter later .
The engineer arrived - he showed me what the problem was (manhole was blocked) he then went to put his van on the driveway a few minutes later he knocked at the door to say the job was completed !
I was not given a quote before the engineer started job.
He told me that he would call his office for them to take payment - I spoke to an administrator it was then that i was told by her how much the charge was - the maximum was charged which i feel was very expensive for a five minute job and especially as no initial quote was given by the engineer .
I would appreciate your comments .

Arrived on time and called ahead.
Work was quick and clean, unlike last company we used.

Engineer turned up during time window booked.
Diagnosed issue after carrying out testing, Advised on actions needed and explained options clearly and without bias.
Carried out agreed actions without any fuss, clearing up as he worked and fully resolving issue.

The Engineer arrived last Monday to fix a toilet leak and I left after to get to work. On return in the night I discovered the toilet flush was not connected and my fitted toilet had a gap that was not there before. I did a recall, took the day off on Thursday and the Engineer did not turn up or even text me so I wasted a whole day. They are due again tomorrow and as I am not available Ive had to ask a neighbour to help out. I have asked that the engineer call me to advise when he is arriving so I can let my neighbour know.
Lets see what happens.

Had ongoing issues with blocking of toilet,from the office staff to engineers we had nothing but concern, efficient staff ,knowledgeable engineers. I won't use anyone else now as fast to arrive at our home ,my mum is very elderly and with heath issues so need professional staff who are aware that they can become frightened and anxious. I highly recommend dyno and will tell everyone to go stright to them for fast efficient courteous service, the two engineers we dealt with over 3 days where brilliant just wish I remembered their names to praise their skill .

Really helpful operative attended my property. Did what he could do and talked through the steps. Dyno rod also listened to my request for certain time slots and gave me notice when the engineer was on route. Reasonably priced and quick response

Dennis called ahead and on time, effficient and thorough, cleared blockage, jet washed 20m and checked other inspection covers, left flowing.

Great service and communication. They kept me informed about where they were and when they would likely get here so I wasn't left wondering and could plan accordingly. The men that attended were very professional and left everything clean and tidy when the left. Very fair pricing and good at explaining the issues . Booked a drain unblock and Dynorod were here first thing the following day. Dennis was knowledgeable and quick and competed the whole thing with no fuss. A great service and highly recommended!
