James came to us today, and he was easily the most professional and diligent 'rodder' I've met... and I've met a bunch through work.

Top effort and would definitely use again.

I can't remember the chaps name that came to my school to deal with an issue, sorry!! But he was very professional and approachable.

Michael came out today and resolved our blocked drain issue. Professional and courteous he did an excellent job.

Roly visited today and did an excellent job in clearing our drains. He worked outside in the pouring rain to get it fixed. He explained what he was doing and the future action we needed to take. He was very professional and friendly. Thank you Roly & Dyno-Rod

Very good response to my call and prompt arrival. Drain engineer was very professional, explained what he was doing and why. He left the place in a clean and tidy condition, I would definitely recommend Dyno to others.

Price vs work excellent. Engineers total stars! And would have done anything they could to help.
Office staff and organisation, utter disaster! If I could rate them separately, they'd get zero stars. So my advice, get the engineer out to you and let them take the lead!

"Dyno Rod is absolutely useless. I've been waiting at the site since 8pm for a supposed 4-hour call-out for my business, and now it's 1:20am in the morning, and they still haven't shown up. They decided not to attend, claiming they couldn't get access to the site, even though it's open 24/7 and I was waiting inside for them. No phones to say they've arrived, no updates on when they're coming – absolute shambles. 0 stars, do not use them. An absolute disgrace. They had our contact numbers, we were waiting for their attendance. Personally, I don't believe they even attempted to come. Will not be using them again."

After taking a shower, noticed the downstairs toilet had overflowed (lots of brown water and toilet paper). Called local plumbers, but none could fit me in for a few days. The downstairs toilet kept on gurgling (trapped air?), couldn’t wait any longer so phoned Dyno-Rod, they could see me on the same day but not until 6pm, they explained their fixed price policy, and one of their plumbers arrived at 6pm. Very knowledgeable, he took up four drain covers and found the blockage, after 20 minutes work with bendy rods, the blockage was cleared. Then after double checking everything was working correctly (flushing other toilets), paid the agreed amount. Very impressive service.

Had a blocked drain at our house, called Dyno rod on Thursday and Friday morning Roly arrived. Really nice chap, explained the issue and he resolved it. Pleasure to meet him - very professional.

We had our cold water tank replaced by Dyno Plumbing through British Gas. Since they've installed the tank we have encountered several issues. First, the upstairs toilet wasn't flushing properly, had several appointments and was told this is due to water pressure. Contacted Thames Water, they came and assessed and told us that the stopcock is the issue , booked (2) appointments through British Gas/Dyno Plumbing to get this changed, both times this was not done, first plumber told us we had to remove part of the kitchen cupboard that left a huge section open , after doing that he came back the following day to say he didn't think that's the issue. 2nd plumber came in told us the very same thing and that the tank needed to be higher. We have lived in this house for 17 years. Our old tank was in the same place and had no issues. We only changed the tank because it was really old and black bits was coming out in the water, with a new grandbaby on the way thought it would be better to get a new tank . Since their last visit the problem actually got worse, no water going to the upstairs toilet, face basin or bath, the downstairs toilet is not filling up fast enough for constant use , with a new mom and baby I cannot begin to explain how stressful this is for us all. We are all so frustrated and don't know what to do to get this resolved.

Well a guy came after I was told that the problem I was having was due to blocked drains over the phone with dynorod, but then the guy turned up on time I may say but literally toke some leaves out the back and some small amount of mud from the front and then charged me £180 .

Excellent service. The specialist was knowledgeable, courteous throughout the visit. Great value for money.
