I've been getting mortgages with this…

I've been getting mortgages with this company for 15 years. They've always been excellent. I don't know what's happened. I've had a young lad give me, terrible financial advice ( which isn't his job). If I'd have took this advice, I now be in ruins financially.
I've had two experienced brokers ghost me. On more than one occasion.
I don't enjoy complaining. I'm at a loss. They were the best and are now simply the worst.
I do not recommend any of the thousands of Property investors, that I know, to use this company.
It was better before Dynamo took over.

Don’t go with Dynamo!

I was advised to go with Dynmao after my initial mortgage broker said I would require a specialist mortgage given the non standard construction.
I explained to the broker that the previous valuation had failed due to its pre 1980 BISF.

Long story short, after paying the £799 fee the specialist made a application to another lender who failed the application to the same initial reasons.

I feel they would have said anything to get that initial fee. The next offer had completely different terms and conditions and was not at all viable for me.
Very disappointed and am currently awaiting the results of the internal investigation.

Avoid like the plague - zero specialist (or basic) knowledge

Avoid like the plague. Dynamo was so incompetent that they agreed to refund all brokerage and related fees. They position themselves as specialist lenders, but did not know the difference between expat and foreign national mortgages, provided incorrect recommendations, and lacked basic understanding of immigration policy. Whether in bad faith or pure incompetence, Dynamo mis-sold a product with enough information to know I wasn't eligible, then tried to cover their tracks, but ultimately had had to reimburse me fully.

Excellent and Very professional

We have been mortgaging and remortgaging with this company for a long time. Always excellent communication,advice on best rates available, super efficient application process, very professional approach every time. Jessica and Evie dealt with 2 remortgages application was submitted straight away and valuation was booked within 48 hours. I will always use this company for my portfolio needs. Excellent service throughout. Thank you Jess and Evie for all your support.

Very disappointed with the service…No communication

Very disappointed with the service received. Initially, communication with Philip Rahman was good and we paid fees in good faith, including for a valuation through their recommended lender. Unfortunately, that lender later pulled out, and since then, we’ve had no meaningful response from the broker — despite repeated attempts to get in touch. We’ve been left in a stressful situation without guidance or support, and are now having to restart the process elsewhere. Would not recommend based on our experience

Dynamo have been brilliant

Dynamo have been brilliant, Phillip Rahman explained how the process works when buying a property. Myself and my partner are first time buyers and had no idea what to expect, however we took Phillips advice and ended up buying our first home. The whole buying process took less than 3 months which was very fast and smooth!

Can’t thank Phillip and Dynamo enough!

Great service

I had an amazing experience in the end with Ahmed. He was super professional, while still being friendly, answered all my questions, kept me abreast of the situation and when disaster struck and I didn’t get the mortgage, he reapplied for a different one for me without charging me again. Could not be happier with the service I received. I will certainly be back when I need to get another mortgage. Thank you

A mortgage broker you can trust and rely on

I have used Dynamo many times over several years. I have always had very good service and they have managed to find me extremely competitive rates.
They are always well informed, even on more complex issues eg.bridging loans, loans for older people. Claire gave me excellent service and advice on such an issue.

Started off great then went downhill as soon as I left a good review. I’ve been waiting over 6 months to purchase a property through dynamo and their recommended solicitor. My mortgage offer has already expired once now second off has a higher rate which will cost me thousands in the long run. Never call back when they say they will unless it’s to get a payment from you but once payment has been made to them very slow process. Watch out and maybe look elsewhere. Ended in an impasse / complaint not being dignified with replies

Despite having a good experience with Dynamo in the past, this time it went badly, ended in an impasse and was not even given replies in good time by the broker in charge of my case. I was left in the hands of a trainee at a stressful time and was asked to pay the fee of £699 (now she says unrefundable) without signing any document by post or online. Now I have asked to have a refund of 50% given that I was not landed with an offer and am still in limbo regarding my mortgage. My complaint email has not even been addressed after days. Will not return to Dynamo and will not recommend it to my family or friends. I will now turn to consumers rights agencies to see the complaint resolved.

Dynamo Has my Back

Amazing

My broker was Rachael who made me feel so at ease, explained everything in a way i would understand and my administrator was Leilani. From start to finish they were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and I never had to chase for any updates, they were both just on it.
I highly recommend using Dynamo

Not the first successful re-mortgage that Clair Ellis and Emily Williams have overseen for me but on this occasion it was a little more challenging and extended but nevertheless, again they were persistent and in fact even at the very end made a late product swith to save me 0.8% off the interest rate.
