Will never buy anything Dymo again - had a Dymo label writer 450 which broke tried to order another one and found they have been replaced with the 550 model. ordered this one and have now found that you can only use Dymo authentic labels in it which are not only way more expensive but I am also left with 2 large boxes of labels that I am unable to use.
I had one of the best experiences of customer service with Dymo Labelwriter. My old labelwriter went wrong and I contacted Dymo and they sent me not only a brand new one but the updated model! Thank you!
