Sent and delivered as described. Would order from them again. The item I bought was a little disappointing it was very small and the horse hair doesn’t always sweep up cleanly from the counter tops. It looks nice and I like the wood finish

Made from cheap tacky plastic
Made from cheap tacky plastic. For the price I was expecting something strong and quality. The pictures show an almost porcelain looking switch, the one that came is terrible. I was honestly very disappointed by this pull switch. I ordered a porcelain pull switch handle too which is also very thin and lightweight. Again for the price I was expecting a decent product but was disappointed.
