Do not touch. We asked for a Fire Risk Assessment. On the day, the assessor cancelled. Two days later a substitute turned up who turned out to be an asbestos surveyor and who took photos saying they'd be passed on. 2 weeks later I chase the report. Then I chased the report a further 8 times with excuses or nothing every time. I chased it one final time and finally received a report 6 weeks after the visit. The report reads like it was written about a different building. It talks about steel and brick construction when we have wooden joists and floors, it talks about fire doors we don't have, it talks about untested lightning conductors we don't have and more. This feedback was provided to them and they said they would rectify but have not done so. Not recommended. Definitely do NOT pay them up front.

On the 19th of September, we commissioned Dxrisk Ltd. to conduct a fire risk assessment at one of our properties. They promptly arrived on the 20th to conduct the assessment, and we paid for their services, including the advertised same-day report. However, despite their claims and our payment, we never received the assessment.
We have tried to remain patient, however understanding the importance of this health and safety assessment, and its urgency and after days, of waiting we requested a refund on the 23rd of October. which has yet to be refunded. Our repeated emails have gone unanswered and attempts to contact the office as well as painstaking calls to the director, Claire Crammond, have been ignored.
The level of professionalism shown by Dxrisk Ltd. is shockingly poor. There has been no communication, no accountability, and absolutely no urgency in addressing the issue or refunding our money. This is unacceptable for a service that deals with something as crucial as fire safety. We cannot recommend Dxrisk Ltd. based on this experience, and we caution others to consider alternative providers who take their responsibilities seriously.
