Following my complaints, Dwelli took the matter seriously and escalated my case. They arranged for an express courier service to delivery my order as quick as possible. The order arrived well with the freight forwarded after it was inspected. Thank you for taking the initiative Dwelli.

The worst service on the face of the planet, I ordered a sink in August, to this date, it still hasn't arrived. The manufacturer began creating the sink in September and completed it on the 2nd week of October. But to this day, no delivery from Dwelli. They keep saying they are experiencing logistic issues collecting the sink from the manufacturer. I can understand if this was the case for a few days, but 3 weeks? I’m guessing the manufacturer must be based on top of the Himalayas or based on another planet. This is absolutely ridiculous behaviour from this company. They know very well the urgency of this sink, yet they choose to play the ‘we are experiencing a logistical issues’ card.

I was a bit wary of ordering online, but dealing with Dwelli was a pleasure. Extremely quick replies to emails, regular updates on the status of the order, coupled with excellent prices both for the items and shipping.

I recently purchased a basin mixer from the seller in Italy and I am very satisfied with my experience. The seller was responsive and helpful throughout the process, and the shipping took a bit longer than expected due to holidays, but it was worth the wait. The quality of the product is excellent and exceeds my expectations. I would highly recommend the seller and their products and give them a 5-star rating.

Purchase of a hard to get product that was not part of Dwelli's standard catalogue.

Ordered an Agape mirror to be delivered to Singapore. Despite not being a large order, Dwelli were always quick to assist on WhatsApp when I wanted to know the order status or ask questions, and the product arrived safely and on time in Singapore despite being a 120cm fragile mirror. The price was also much better than local distributors in Singapore. I will consider Dwelli for future bathroom purchases when I want nice designs.

We bought Italian large-format tiles from this company, because the prices from companies in our country were insane. Dwellistore offered much better prices.

Wonderful experience from the beginning of the order until the reception of the shipment .

The sales officer GIANDOMENICO is truly amazing ! He knows his products very well and always answered immediately all questions I had. Giancarlo also kept me updated during the whole process. He even has sent me a reminder the day before reception of the shipment to tell me that I should sign “ conditionally “in order that he could open a claim in case this would be necessary!
