Bought a barrel of a reputable company…

Bought a barrel of a reputable company that was recommended as a potential barrel for a duty weapon. When the barrel arrived it was missing a pin. I reach out to DVOr who pass the blame to the maker( should have been inspected before hitting the box). I reached out they told they could swap the barrel with another to reach out to the maker. They gave me a dollar coupon which is laughable. The manufacturer claims is not he there fault either. So I am stuck with something that is useless and beat for my money. I read bad reviews here before trust and believe that unlike I did and continued to buy and now I am here like ever other poor soul who probably did the same thing. Again will never shop her or recommend to another soul to buy from here if they value their time and money. I’d would wait 3 weeks and 200 more dollars to buy a product DVOr has from bother business for piece of mind

Likely the cheapest, but check around

I like the platform and seeing what’s…

I like the platform and seeing what’s on sale that day. I look forward to it! However, I don’t like that they sell items they don’t have. For instance, I’m still waiting on an item ordered in February & May. For the most part they do a decent job, but I have had several instances where I had to cancel due to the wait and ordered elsewhere. Shipping, has been lost in Chicago a couple of times. In summation, I’m happy & P.O.ed about the same. That’s why the 3 stars! (UPDATED RESPONSE TO DVOR): I could’ve expected this answer, because it’s pretty much the same answer I received when I emailed them asking about said order two other times. Why have I not canceled the order? Because I’m really interested to see just how long they’ll take to fulfill their end of the bargain. The item is something I wanted, not needed. I’d pay a little more, but could’ve bought it on Amazon, and got it in two days, long ago. Patiently waiting 5mo and counting!

Crooked shipping scam

I have made many purchases from Dvor. I placed an order for some firearm parts due to putting a new AR pistol together. A little later in the same day I realized I had forgot to get a heavy buffer so I went back to place the order and while placing the order I noticed the no additional shipping charge if ordering the same day. I had never used this feature but was quite happy I didn't have to spend another 10.00 to ship a buffer. I placed the order and sure enough it didn't charge me shipping on my receipt. The next day while checking my email I had a email from Dvor advising they had charged me an additional 9.99 +tax(shipping on the buffer) I went back and looked at the order page again and it stated that you only had to pay shipping once in a 24 hr period and stated the order must go to the same mailing/billing address. I called Dvor customer service and got a female who spoke broken English. I asked why I had been charged shipping again and she at1st proceeds to tell me that was only available if you spend 500.00 dollars! I brought to her attention that anytime you spend 500.00 dollars you get free shipping. She seemed confused and asked me to Hold. After about 5-10 minutes she comes back and apologizes and tells me that I was correct. I asked her if they were going to remove the additional shipping charges and again she asked me to Hold! After about 5 minutes she comes back and tells me that they will not be removing the charges.I asked why not and that I had complied with their requirements just as it stated on the order page. The lady then proceeds to tell me that I used a different credit card to pay for the 2nd order. I asked her what difference did that make and told her when I originally set up my account that I had put two forms of payment on my account but the billing/shipping info.was all the same. She then tells me you have to also use the same payment method for any other orders you make on that same day. I immediately told her that it doesn't state that on the check out page anywhere only that the billing/shipping info. has to be the same on any other orders. She then tells me you have to go to a Seperate page titled (shipping policy) and read the fine print! I asked her if she was kidding? then asked why don't they have that info. listed on the check out page along with the billing/shipping requirement and that it would only be a short sentence to include it. I then asked her how many people does she thinks go and read the shipping policy fineprint. I can tell you why it's not on there but i'm sure you already know the answer to that. I'm just curious how many others have went back on the same day and placed additional orders and used a different payment method and got popped with additional shipping charges. I've spent hundreds possibly thousands of dollars with this business but I won't make that mistake again. I have removed both of my payment methods and will be closing my account. Plus if I can help it no one I know or encounter will ever use this business. In my opinion that is a crooked method to rip customers off! What's amazing is I have the Invoice when I placed the 2nd order and their own system did not charge me shipping, but hours later I get the email which I still have charging me more shipping charges. That is nothing but a scam! All they had to do is add one short sentence on the checkout page with the billing/shipping requirements. (must use same payment method on all orders) I was going to send both orders back and ask for a refund, but in reading the fine print they do not give refunds only store credit! nice huh?

I ordered the Nitecore P23I flashlight

I ordered the Nitecore P23I flashlight, it was an easy and fast order. I do wish DVOR would sell more products to folks in WA state. I understand their concerns about being sued but other companies that ship here send out a waiver to have signed before shipment verifying that the parts will not be used in nefarious ways.

Awesome deals, Great products

This company is first rate. I have purchased many items from them over the years since 2013. I have never had any problems with items purchased. If I did with their staff it was easily remedied. I would venture to say I only returned maybe 3 items. It was probably my fault on sizes. I recommend this site to everyone. If the fail to use it. I cant help that.

products are first rate. inventory availability is a factor to be considered when ordering. i realize this company handles 1000’s of products. they are legitimately good quality and worth the wait times. don’t wait until last minute to order a particular item. get it ahead of time.

Way too cowardly when interperting state laws.

why let me order something you can't ship to my State? worse, you CAN ship it to my state, as extendable batons are prefectly legal to own in this state, they just cannot be carried outside of your own property. Oh and the delay on the parts of the order you didn't cancel... really? selling things you aren't even sure you can source?

there is NO state law prohibiting the sale of expandable batons, you requested proof I was security or law enforcement. but neither in required to purchase in this state. As to the rest of my review, my order is still held up because you sold something you didn't have ready access to. This has never happend in the past purchasing from you.
