I ordered 'Townies' many months ago from the DVD Planet Store online. The customer service and communication were exceptional- the show I wanted was displayed as available on their site, but in reality, they had to reach out to a partner to secure it for me (this was my only frustration). They were able to get it, but coordination took a couple of days. They communicated every step of the way to keep me informed on what was happening behind the scenes, so I knew what to expect and when. Because of this hassle, they also only charged me for shipping to the US and not for the product itself. They also sent photos of the image quality I could expect on the DVDs. The entire service experience was super thorough, kind, and hugely helpful, and it was greatly appreciated.

I have been looking for copies of this TV series for years, for my son who was a fan from age 17. He is now twice that age and this program no longer plays on terrestial TV, and is not an English made series. Planet DVD advised me they could provide recorded discs, in English, to be sent. I was amazed at the service provided. I was kept informed of every step. The packaging and delivery was 'on point'. No damage was sustained as the 3 discs arrived by post, in bubble wrap and clearly addressed to me. I thanked them for this when they arrived. As this was a Christmas present, I couldn't tell if these discs would work, I had to wait for my son to try these out. Needless to say, they have been watched now. The reaction on Christmas day on opening this present, cannot be replicated. Thank you - it made our Christmas. My son now has the completed set, which he had not seen, and now has them for life.

The customer service I received with my order was absolutely phenomenal! Very easy to deal with and message response time was very prompt. My order arrived much faster than I expected and everything looks great. I bought some titles for myself this time but look forward to placing more orders as gifts in the near future. I will admit I was a bit leery of the order originating overseas, particularly with the tariff situation in what passes for the United States these days. But everything went super smoothly and I absolutely give my highest recommendation to this top-notch company!

I'd been thinking about buying from DVD Planet Store for a pretty long time now without ever going all the way to actually doing it until I found this one movie I've been dying to watch but couldn't find anywhere and decided I was going to take a chance. Well, I'm awfully glad I did ! Everything was perfect, from the first email exchange to the actual delivery. The team is so very pressant to talk to, very helpful and they keep you posted on your order status every step of the way. The two DVDs I purchased were movies that don't actually exist on DVD, so they were spécial orders made especially for me and I have to say I'm very happy with the final result (the artwork is honestly awesome). Everything was vsry well packaged too, with a think layer of bubble wrap so no damagehappened.
I would definitely buy again, in fact I'm already about to place a second order :).

Got my DVD Planet Store order ("Awkward" seasons 4 & 5, "Outcast" season 2, "Traveler" complete series, "Glory Days" complete series, "Green Eggs & Ham" season 2, "Muppets Haunted Mansion" dvd, "Deadly Detention" dvd & "A Legendary Christmas With John & Chrissy" dvd) Wednesday, November 5 in morning. The package arrived in excellent condition, package boxed, wrapped in a bubble sheet, with the cover art on the inside (customs must have checked). I watched "Muppets Haunted Mansion", Deadly Detention", A Legendary Christmas..", & "Traveler" that day & night. Excellent video & sound quality. Would definitely recommend DVD Planet Store to anyone wanting rare or hard to find TV series or movies. Yes, you have to pay a lot more if you're overseas, but it's worth it! Delivery service was really fast, only a week or so since confirmation email (October 28). I will be ordering more next year.

This company is incredible in providing rare and hard-to-find DVDs. From the first contact to final delivery, there is clear and detailed communication. The quality of the DVDs are absolutely outstanding with clear picture and sound. The DVDs also have a great menu as well as art work and come in sturdy cases. I completed the series of Call Me Fitz and Turn: Washington's Spies and I could not be happier. The cover art for both were top notch and cool looking. I got my dvds fast after the payment. they had nice cases and artwork. The picture quality and Sound quality was fantastic. My favorite part was that the discs have menus! ( i have been watching homemade dvds of some old Japanese shows without menus forcing me to keep skipping/paying attention to episode numbers). I will be ordering more soon.
