Order, pay and get nothing and ignored

I have ordered fountain pens, Acriv is the brand, from this site a few times and each time, it was like pulling teeth to get them to finally ship and to get tracking info. They only take Zelle for payment and one cannot get a refund on such. Now, I have drawn the final straw, no communication, no refund, no product after 2 months with a lie about having shipped "while in Washington, DC at the pen show. Payment was made and confirmed for over $100. Although the company clearly exists, she totally ignores orders and gladly takes your money
