What a transformation with Duxburys. Having visited for years to buy garden plants we are amazed at their Garden Furniture Display. Great choice, very helpful staff and no pushing sales people. We purchased three items of furniture and due to a mixup (mainly on our part) we had to swop the parasols and McKenzie was very helpful in sorting things out. The showroom is fantastic and selection is HUGE

Visited showroom a few weeks ago excellent choice of garden furniture. Spoke to members of staff offered a coffee. Emma arranged a delivery time to meet our needs. Received all items purchased on date of delivered by the driver Gary who was most helpful. Faultless service highly recommend.

I hate an amazing showroom! Plenty of great quality, beautiful pieces to choose from. Plus, they have accessories that you can touch and feel, as well as place on your chosen set to make sure you love what you’re buying. The customer service was great, too. We only bought a small set, but once our patio is refurbished, we’ll be back for more. I cannot recommend Duxbury’s enough!

Excellent choice in the showroom and no sales presssure whilst choosing some furniture recently. The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We love our verandah and it has been fitted to a high standard. We are very impressed.

Plenty of choice, staff are knowledgeable and explained all options.
Only downside was the driver could not take the cardboard packaging when delivered which gave us a problem removing from the caravan site.

What a great Company to deal with! I could not believe the extensive showroom they had. If you cant find anything to suit your requirements and budget then -it probably doesn’t exist. It is worth a trip to Preston to see what is available even if you live a distance away. Duxburys service is great as well. They were able to hold onto our order for a few weeks until we were ready and the delivery was as expected with updates on progress. We had a minor problem with a table we ordered, and this was sorted out quickly and satisfactorily. I can’t recommend highly enough

I was recommended by a friend who had recently purchased garden furniture. We travelled down to the showroom. Wow what a choice. All shapes, styles and sizes of outdoor/or conservatory furniture.
The 2 ladies we met were great, very personable and very helpful. We had spotted an ex display corner unit , with rise and fall table and a bench seat and cube.
Super value. Great pricing We also bought the bought the large cushion box.
The delivery was within the week. We were kept informed of timings etc. the delivery guy Garry who was also a Duxburys family member was great.
A super family firm. Would definitely recommend.
