Always good service reliable only lost…

Always good service reliable only lost 3 orders in 10 years but was covered with insurance prices have risen but still a lot cheaper than the uk usually buy 2 kilos of DRUM a month but am noticing more lumps and twigs in it delivery has been within a week recently

Dear The Dutch Tobacconist Customer…

Dear The Dutch Tobacconist Customer Service,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing regarding my order, which was supposed to be delivered on July 13. Today is July 15, and according to the DPD tracking information, my parcel is still in transit and has not been put out for delivery.

Tracking number: 05162043879819

Could you please contact DPD to investigate this delay and let me know when I can expect my parcel to be delivered? I would appreciate an update as soon as possible.
