multiple issues with Dustin.be
I purchased a product in the webshop of Dustin.be for my business.
First of all was there no delivery tracking at all and they marked the item as being delivered while it was still on it's way. Luckily it did arrive a few days later, but what could I have done if it wouldn't have arrived?
The biggest problem was that they never gave me a correct invoice, even after many times of contacting their customer service. They charged VAT but never gave me noan invoice that would allow me me to claim the VAT refund.
