I have a very old house that is listed with a complex requirement for a secondary glazing unit. Ken on the Sales team gave me prompt responses to all the questions that I had.

From start to finish, Ken was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to ensuring I understood everything I needed to know, and more.

He took the time to understand my needs, provided clear and helpful advice. His friendly manner and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.

I have been dealing with Duration for over a decade and am always impressed by both the business attitude of the sales and technical team, but also the quality of the products delivered... the bespoke nature you can achieve at trade pricing is priceless as a construction professional.

Went to the showroom to have a look at the windows. Ken was very helpful and answering all the question that we had. A quick quote from Ken, had some chances to be made Ken chance them quick and sent the quote back.

I bought all the windows and doors for my house 11 years ago. Inevitably some things break. Duration have provided superb ongoing customer care by providing spares for repairs at reasonable prices. Most recently Lucy Bonham has helped source new window hinges that had broken by a gust of wind.

Great ongoing service is the mark of a quality company. I unreservedly recommend Duration. They are great people to do business with. ⭐️

I asked about white gaskets & was originally told these were not possible on 1000 slimline. But Willow Griffiths did not take that as gospel and so pursued this on my behalf, only to find that you can in fact have white internal gaskets, which with an all white bifold makes sense. So thank you for going the extra mile on behalf of the customer.

Visited the showroom today and was so impressed with not only the products but the time that Ken spent with us explaining every question we asked in details. Without doubt the 5*s are partly due to Ken's enthusiasm and expertise. It gives me trust in Duration's products and service.

Great windows installed over 18 years ago and the aftercare is really responsive. Lucy Bonham in particular was helpful, thinking ahead and a really positive reflection of the business. thank you

Ken helped me made decisions for a number of windows and patio sliding doors. Very knowledgeable and efficient. I am a happy customer.

We bought 2x flat flush skylight windows 2 years ago, we're very satisfied with the price and quality but unfortunately a few months ago I realised the glass had blown in both of them, I contacted customer support and Lucy was fantastic, very helpfully aided me to upload photos of the windows and our access arrangements and arrange for ck reactors to come and replace the glazing units less than 3 weeks later. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We made an appointment and drove a two hour journey to visit the showroom in the summer to look at the various types of bifolds and windows. We met Ken who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all matters. We were overwhelmed by so many choices to consider. At the time we didn't have our extension dimensions but chose the Emperor Concealed bifolds design type and tilt and turn window. Ordering and payment was made simple by the knowledge and assistance of Willow & Courtney, thank you. Delivery was also great and the driver contacted me within an hour of delivering so I could contact my builder to offload, as agreed.
We are very happy with the products and can't wait for our extension to be completed in a couple of weeks time to really enjoy the products to their full potential and great design. Would happily recommend Duration Windows

Had bifold doors fitted now for over a year very happy with the units. Had a small issue with 1 of the blind unit controller and Lucy in the aftercare team sorted this very quickly. Thanks for all your help.

My partner and I are really grateful to Jon who has been super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it comes when it comes to us choosing our doors and windows. We came into the shop and he answered all of our questions (given we have limited knowledge on what is required etc.) and was giving really good advice. On top of that, he even gave us a free gift bag, which was such a thoughtful surprise and the items are super useful. Including a water bottle, tape measure etc.

His service made the whole visit so much better and pleasant. If you’re looking for a place with great products and even better people, I highly recommend stopping by. Huge thanks to him for helping us out.

Duration bifolds are very high quality. Delivery is great and after-sales service top-class

Also, I needed 3m tall doors and they were only company I found who could do these.

I've used Duration for years, and i don't frankly think I'd go anywhere else for my aluminium.

Customer service is always 10/10.
