Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs

This is the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. I rented a house at 64 Isleworth, and both the estate agent and landlord were rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to take responsibility for the property.
After moving in the house during winter time I found
Mould in the bedroom . Bathroom leaks downstairs. An old, barely functioning heater.
Electrical and heating certificates seem fake, which raises serious safety concerns.
No fire alarms installed, putting tenants at risk.
Whenever I asked for repairs, I was met with threats and insulting emails. The landlord and estate agent refused to fix anything and dismissed all my concerns. They made me feel unsafe in my own home.

If you’re thinking of renting through them, don’t. Save your energy, money, and peace of mind. This was the most unprofessional and stressful rental experience I’ve ever had.

No insulation in Dunlop Homes walls?

I am the owner of a house built in 2000 by Dunlop Homes Ltd.
I have this week changed the boiler to gas and had to open up the gable wall and found no insulation in the entire wall??
Speaking to Building Control officer 24/10/24 I was informed that it was a legal requirement to be installed but seems to have been omitted by Dunlop Homes
Contacting Dunlop Homes by phone and email to ask for an explanation I have been ignored and get no reply to any correspondence??
