Don't order online from this company. I ordered a Christmas selection in December for my daughter's school Christmas Market and got a message to say the item had been damaged in transit so wouldn't be delivered. I have since contacted them by email 3 times for a refund and heard nothing back. Absolutely appalling customer service. Will never use them again!! Would give zero stars if I could!

I DON’T recommend working here. Managers absolutely couldn’t care less about their workers. I’ve never worked with such a bad team in my life

They suck, this is the 2 time I've ordered on the app for aliquippa an the ice machine was down, an no refund because I have to call them. Now whenever I do it takes days or weeks to get my refund, as well how is it the store doesn't have a feature or button like McDonald's that tells you if they have it or not. It's ridiculous an inhuman that I have to go threw this even their customer service can't even take care of my issues in mins always our department has to get back to you. Ow still waiting on my refund from the day before Thanksgiving, really make it difficult to get people their money an most don't speak English. Worst place I've been in my life least Walmart, McDonald's, burger king an other place will refund you their but at Dunkin if it's a mobile app order they cant refund you how is that. But I have to go threw customer service and still waiting on my first refund. an get no one horrible service honestly I'd rather not even give them a star but take them away. Then have the gull to email me to ask for date,time an store I ordered from I sent all that in the first email with everything they needed so both departments don't talk or email the others so they know what's going on. So unprofessional an horrible service

Ordered ahead early one morning before work.
Was told “everything is in the bag”. Well, I got to work and was missing an item. Once you leave good luck getting any help if you go back.
Their chat: Been down for “maintenance”over a week. Emailed 4 times: Not even an automated response. Called 3 times: Longest “wait” time, 15 minutes. Shortest was 6 minutes.
Nobody likes being charged for items they never received and getting absolutely nowhere trying to get a simple refund.
Guess it’s time to find another company that actually cares about their customers and not how much money they make ripping us off.

Ordered some doughnuts online as a treat for the kids. They arrived completely squashed and revolting. Sent photos to Dunkin who are apparently going to refund me. 2 weeks, numerous emails and FB messages, still no refund. And now no replies from Dunkin. Avoid like the plague and go to Krispy Kreme instead. Would upload photos if I could. What we received was absolutely shocking.

The frappes are good fair price. The breakfast food is hot and delicious. Donuts are always fresh.

Staff is very rude. Whole ordering system is failure. You order something on screen that is not available in reality. When your turn comes they ask you choose something different. Moreover beware not to order any cold drinks from this shop. For ice coffee there is 95% ice and 5% coffee. When you try to inform the staff they get extremely rude and offended. They informed me that this is what their management instructed them to prepare the drink by just adding ice. They are just milking and cheating people by selling you very expensive ice. Did not expected this from brand like Dunkin donuts in Roermond shopping outlet. If you want to order any drink please choose alternative shops instead of Dunkin Donuts. Given the option I would have given them 0 star. This review is for shop Dunkin Donuts in Roermond shopping outlet, the Netherlands.

Good donuts and drinks, good experience

I loved their coffee when I went through the drive through, but I went inside and everything was dirty and gross.

Really love their iced coffee! stronger than other local brands we have for a much cheaper price, but I don't know if it's just a coincidence that my last purchase of iced coffee is sweeter and I can't taste the coffee in it which is what I wanted.

The Dunkin‘ Donuts on Rte 35/Richmond Ave in Point Pleasant Beach is AWESOME!!! I can not say enough good about this location!!! The customer service is top notch!!! I go 8 minutes/3.2 miles out of my way, must to go to this location (It might not seem like a lot to some, but my closest DD is literally 1 minute/10 houses away from where I live. So yes, I’ll go a bit out of my way, just to go get some SUPER friendly costumer service).

Omg someone needs to go and see this Dunkin’ Donuts Baskin-Robbins on Ford Road and Wildwood I just walked in one worker sitting on the stool behind the counter and another worker is laying over the counter on her phone. I go up. I just put my hand in some chocolate syrup that’s all over the counter. there’s napkins all over the floor straw papers all over the floor, dirty dishes in the sink they need to clean. I’m sure there’s something some ladies can do in there.

Nutella swirl used to be filled with Nutella and they still advertise it as such. The filling is NOTHING LIKE NUTELLA.

All the donuts were so average, the quality has significantly decreased even compared to just a few months ago. Rest ensured, never purchasing from Dunkin’ Donuts NL ever again.

Half the time I have great experience and half the time I don’t. It really depends on who’s working.

Also get that employees car towed outside of Dunkin off of beltline in Richardson.

It’s super stupid and there are two schools in between this establishment, super inappropriate - it’s a half naked woman on a car. And it’s extremely noticeable
