Great service from Duke video

Great service from Duke video, good communication and quick delivery. Duke video appears to be the only place in the UK I can buy the Formula One review DVDs. They seem like a really good, reliable company.

Ridiculous Shipping Costs

The main issue for me is the ridiculous shipping costs to the U.S.
This now prevents me from ordering the DVD/Blu-ray sets that I desire for my collections. Some folks prefer hard copies of their purchases, not downloads. I'm informed by the fine Duke folks that it's a result of the tariff's and/or shipper requirements DHL/Fed Ex costs. This seems only to be a problem with all EU countries now days. At least shipping out of the UK is still somewhat reasonable. Just another example, a $6.00 banjo fuel filter for a dellorto carb, the size of a olive from a different supplier out of Portugal, ready.....shipping.....$55.00 U.S., it's like this from most EU countries.
