Incompetent Customer Service
I booked a flight through one of their partner travel portals and wasn’t automatically sent a receipt for my booking via email. When I contacted support to have them send me a receipt, it took an hour for them to understand what I was asking and then stated that they would have to do it later with no explanation as to why. They have terrible customer service through some off shore cheap company. I can’t even imagine what it would be like if I actually had an issue with my flight.
